You must complete a PCAHA Player Movement Form to transfer to VFIHA. This form must be signed by both your current association and the VFIHA Registrar.  This must all be completed by the deadline below (see table for date).

If you're currently playing with the one of the following associations, and would like to transfer to VFIHA, here's what you'll need to know.

Eligible Home Association Transfer Restrictions
Vancouver Thunderbirds (West side of City of Vancouver) Any Female Players are allowed to transfer before Sept 1
Vancouver Minor (East side of City of Vancouver) Any Female Players are allowed to transfer before Sept 1
Arbutus Club Any Female Players living in the City of Vancouver can transfer before Sept 1
Burnaby Winter Club Any Female Players who are not carded living in the City of Vancouver can transfer before Sept 1
North Shore Winter Club Any Female Players who are not carded living in the City of Vancouver can transfer before Sept 1
Nearby Female Associations (Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond) Any Female Players - Home Association must not declare a Female Rep/House Team within age group (Sept 1), or their local association is full

 

 

Rep Player Transfers from Adjacent Female Associations (Burnaby, North Shore, Richmond)

Rep players must register with their local female association (or integrated) with a declaration to play rep hockey by July 31st.

The local association has until August 15th to declare a rep team, and if they choose not to, your player will be released and is free to join an adjacent female association
