Refund Policy

Camps/Clinics (pre-season or in-season)

1. All requests for refunds for camps/clinics must be received before the camp/clinic has started

2. No pro-rated refunds will be provided

3. All refund requests for camps/clinics will be charged a $25 admin fee

 

Player Registration

1. All refund amounts will be determined based on the date received.

2. A refund will not be issued if the player has monies owing to the Association.

3. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for processing of the refund.

4. Once refund request has been submitted the player will not be able to participate for
the remaining of the season.

The amount of refund will be determined as follows:

  1. Prior to August 30 (of the current calendar year) will receive a full refund reduced by $75 for insurance and administration.
  1. Prior to September 30 (of the current calendar year) will have their refund reduced by $100 for ice costs, insurance and administration.
  1. Prior to October 10 (of the current calendar year) will have their refund reduced by half for ice costs, insurance and administration.
  1. There will be no refunds after October 10 (of the current calendar year).
