Come Try Hockey for Indigenous Girls

In collaboration with our Indigenous Liaison Committee, we’re holding a Come Try Hockey event for Indigenous (First Nation, Métis and Inuit) girls (ages 4 to 20) on March 8th!

Everyone, whether a Vancouver resident, or not, is welcome to this free, fun and safe session to get help with gear and fitting, meet our players who will help you on the ice, and enjoy time on the ice while learning about becoming a hockey player.

VFIHA is Vancouver's only all-female ice hockey association. VFIHA was established in 1972, and offers opportunities for girls from all over the City of Vancouver to participate in competitive and recreational hockey from September through March.

Register for our event now, and we'll be in touch with further details closer to the event date
