VFIHA Annual General Meeting 2025

You are invited to the VFIHA Annual General meeting
When: June 17, 2025 7:00 PM Vancouver

Where: Hillcrest Community Centre
Room 203

It is intended that the following business will be transacted:

Report of the President.
Report by the Treasurer and consideration of the Financial Statements.
Election of Directors of the Society.

Meeting Materials and Reports

For each player registered in the 2024-25 season, you get one vote. For players under the age of 19 as of the AGM date, the parent(s) vote on their behalf (one vote per registered player). For players 19+, the players themselves vote. Voting by Proxy is not permitted.

All board positions are up for election we have a priority need for a Treasurer and Director Managers.
