Become a ref, become a better player, make new friends, learn life skills and leave the ice with cash in your pocket. We’re hosting an Indigenous Youth and Adults BC Hockey Officiating Clinic for new refs over December 30 to 31, 2023!

This free clinic is open to youth ages 11 and up and adults, and isn’t limited to residents of the Lower Mainland (this is a great opportunity for anyone visiting family in the Vancouver area).

Email ref@vfiha.com to register (registration deadline: December 22 at 3:00pm) and for more information. Registrations are limited, so interested individuals are advised to email ASAP.

Information on equipment can be found here. A ref jersey is not required for the clinic and protective hockey equipment can be used, including a helmet with a cage.
